In September 2021, we launched our flagship 159 phone service. 159 connects consumers safely and securely with their bank should they receive an unexpected or suspicious call about a financial matter.
Scam intelligence & data sharing
We are leading a programme of innovative cross-sector data sharing pilots with our members, delivering scam intelligence across the Financial Services, Tech and Telco sectors. Building on the success of our 2024 pilot, we now have industry wide data sharing agreements in place and a platform to accelerate the sharing of data and scam intelligence across multiple sectors.
